I feel like ranting over my job.... realli wanna complain... should i or should i not...
In mood for lamenting today.. haha
First let me nicknamed the temp in charge perm staff as 'Ah Ant"
No significant for this nick except that she is as harmless and yet cannot be ignored threat..
then i hope i can brush her off like wad we did to ants...
I am extremely displeased with her..... EXTREMELY!!!!!
First she hire temp ppl in the company... ok heng i got hired...
but then there is this time where she needed some more temp staff... i know some of my friends are still looking for jobs so i write down their names and contact no and stuff and handed it up to her....
She said that she need temp staff in the first place and therefore i helped... then there were 2 other temp gals who also recommanded ppl...
What she did realli disgusted me.....
altogether we handed up 6 names... 2 of them are my friends...
but then she only called the four in the front, where 2 can make it and 2 cannot, however she did not proceed on with the last 2...
not that she had enough ppl.... she just PURPOSELY leave them out..... Never call them!!!!
one of my friends had previous experience working in ntuc income...
then she went to to hire another person from HQ ( i mean she leaves her name at the main branch)... so althogether she hired 3 person... 2 that are recommanded by our own temp people and one from the HQ side. ANd she din even bother to call the last 2 names!!!!!!!!!
Wads her problem.....
Bias, discriminates and all....
by the way the last 2 names are my friends' and they are both chinese...
One more think... Mdm AH Ant would frown her face everytime she sees the chinese temps...
always pointing her fingers at them.. give that sick and disgusting look on her face.....
WADS her problem>??!??!?!?!
then on the other hand, she would smile and talked nicely to the malay temps....
so bias... so discriminating...... F**k her!!!!
luckily I been assigned to work on the second level.. wun get to c her face so often..
phew!
anyway i proceed on to handing up more names and people up.. which adds up to 6 more people i give her and its the second time.....
the never say die attitude.....
dear friends.... this is all i can do to help.... if u got other solutions to help.. pls advise...
