Went for xray today.
Lungs ok.. checked.. nothing is wrong with it.. sinus checked.. got a bit blocked..
not too much affected by the acute bronchitics as diagnosed after a dose of antibiotics which doesnt have too much effect on my cough..
Started coughing before new year.. . . progressively developed into what is known as sinus now..
guess its better than bronchitis... haha..
phew.. wad a relief...
cos of that i missed two events which i agreed on to attend way before the new year starts...
the dinner at jumbo
and a birthday party for a year old kid...
I guess its better i dun turn up for both events lest i passed my virus or germs or bacteria to people with poor immunity systemm.. like me..
What i know.. if antibiotics does not clear the cough.. its means that its virus.... .
then if this last dose of anitibiotics does not work.. i have to be referred to the specialist..
to clear away the fluid on my left side of the nose.. . and be fully recovered..
Totally no mood to work at all... ..
But again.. things are still looking good for me.. haha..
Gets lots of unexpected surprises... . .
I am really thinking.. did the one year of night shift realli bring me down physically.. hmm..
even now when i change to the normal timing.. once i am down.. its all the way sick until got sinus.. dont used to have the prob.. it only stops at sore throat usually..
I better get myself up and be healthy.. thinking of joining sports... .. . be in sun sweat.. eat healthy... and set some new resolution to get myself back into shape..

I am totally enjoying my long awaited break from work...
this is only the third day and i have done something that has given me a sense of satisfaction. something which i do not have for the last one year. haha..
thanks to shuyin who inspired me.. haha.. If not for her casual question of asking if i am interested i would not have done it. . woo..

Progression..
i can see none of it..
Need personal goal setting.. otherwise would lead to crisis again..
life repeat itself by itself.. no matter what i do.. do not seem to get out of the pattern. . .
Its a cycle that is draining me of my youth and sipping off my energy..
Its the same week after week.. how long can i last..
How long will i take before i can find myself.. . .

For record purposes.. been at work for more than 12 hours close to 14 hours actually..
Bad health plus long working hours mean a v v tired and malfunctioning me.. haha..
Luckily it was only for a day.. cant imagine doing that for a week.. i think i would die..
With only ard half an hour break for dinner in between.. Break record liao.. haah..
SO tired..
I am so glad they are back and i can leave earlier..
Was thinking of whether to get the raoul shirt..
Discount lei.. Half of the original price.. hmm.. cant decide.. cant decide..
